We have in our bodies a beautiful & magical Rainbow System of Energy.

Balancing your chakras is as simple as following the 7 colors of the rainbow (including white).  Create your own healing sessions using some of the therapeutic & affective tips listed below.

 

R O O T   C H A K R A (1st chakra -muladhara)

 

Color: Red (ruby)

Physical Location:  Base of spine. 

Area of Body: Spinal column, immune & skeletal system, legs, feet, rectum & adrenals.

Main Issues: Survival, Physical needs.

Challenges: Lower back issues, insecurity, depression, arthritis, “spaciness”, unable to complete goals,  poverty-consciousness & self-esteem issues.

Life Lessons: Standing up for oneself.  Feeling  safe & secure on the “physical plane”. Meeting your own basic physical needs. Valuing your work enough to ask for what you are worth.

 

 

CHAKRA DETOX & REGENERATION 

 

 There are different ways to balance your chakras (yoga, meditation, archetypes).

Below are a few easy ways to detox & stimulate your chakras. Remember that your body knows exactly how to heal & balance itself.  Trust which methods you are intuitively drawn to.

COLOR THERAPY

"The woman in red is never forgotten". 
Color therapy is one of my favvvvvvorite ways to balance the chakras & auric fields. 

Fusing fashion, beauty & art, we have the freedom to  find unique & creative ways to work with the energy within.  These methods work well for everybody, but especially for you Spiritual Double Agents that work in corporate environments. 

Here are few options:

  • Red lipstick/gloss: Want people to hear the words that are coming out of your mouth? Don't hold back when using a lusciously red lipstick or gloss.

  • Color!: Paint, draw, use coloring books.  Try using only  different hughes of red.

  • Red Clothes: Particularly, underwear as they cover the base of the spine.

  • Red shoes/socks: Walk with power, confidence & a deep connection to the Earth.

 

DIET

You can feed your chakras!

This, is great for all of you that love expressing yourself in the kitchen.

It is also a 007-approach to balancing your family's energy system.

  • Root vegetables: beets, yams, carrots , even potatoes.

  • Red fruits: apples, raspberries, pomergrants, 

  • Peppers

 

STONES / CRYSTALS


Don't aggravate yourself  taping stones/crystals to the base of your spine.  Just put the stones in your front or back pocket.  For all of you creative crafters & talented jewelry makers you can make waist-beads using these stones/crystals with red beads. You can also add these crystals/stones to your bath or shower.

  • Smokey Quartz

  • Tiger's Eye

  • Ruby, Garnet

  • Red Jasper

  • Blood Stone

  • Black Tourmaline/Obsidian  

 

HERBS / OILS.

Be creative! You can burn the herbs like incense, wear as a fragrance oil , add to your bath or put the oil into a spray bottle with water & create your own Root Chakra Spray. You have the intuition & freedom to be your own healer.
